A practical starting point for anyone new to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot. We’ll walk through core concepts, show how they apply in everyday work, and build confidence with hands-on exercises. You’ll leave knowing how to write better prompts, where to apply AI in your role, and what to watch out for as adoption grows. No technical background needed.

Go beyond chat and into action. This session introduces you to the world of lightweight agents—small, goal-driven systems powered by LLMs and tools. We’ll show you how to design, configure, and deploy useful agents using no-code and low-code platforms, with real examples drawn from support, research, and operations. No dev background required, just curiosity.

This session looks at how AI can support and streamline internal operations. We cover examples like document automation, summarisation, internal chat tools, and process support.
